It was party time on Saturday for our six nurseries and time to say thank-you to our wonderful team for their commitment and hard work throughout the year. With over a hundred staff members attending, we had a great night and it was fantastic to be able to give awards out to some of our colleagues who really stood out as going above and beyond consistently throughout the year.
All the awards we gave out on the night were given with our core values in mind. There were so many examples of how the team were making children and parents’ experience at nursery exceptional that it was hard to choose. We are so incredibly lucky to have the best bunch of people working with us who are truly passionate about what they do and who inspire each other to keep getting better. Every day is focussed on the children and the team are a credit to the early year’s sector and should be proud to say they do what they do.
Our winners received a beautiful trophy, certificate and £50 voucher and all our nominees received a certificate and bottle of champagne with our nominated teams enjoying a well-earned tray of celebratory drinks together on the night.
So, here they are in all their gorgeousness! Our superstars of 2016…
This year, we had our very first Parent Choice Award. With over 90 nominations, the best job in the world was reading through them! So thank-you to our parents for taking the time and thank-you for letting the team know how much it means to you to have them in your children’s lives. Even if you didn’t nominate, the feedback you give means a huge amount to the team. Our 2nd and 3rd place winners had a beautiful bunch of flowers and bottle of champagne to say thank-you from everyone.
